Yes. After a short conversation about your project, we can usually share a rough range so you can decide whether to move forward with a detailed estimate.
We work on small jobs too. Just describe what you need; the estimate process is the same, only briefer.
Yes. The accepted price is fixed unless you ask us to change the scope. Any scope change is agreed in writing before we proceed, so you never see an unexpected line on the invoice.
For one-off projects, typically 50% on acceptance and 50% on delivery. For monthly retainers, we bill at the start of each month. Other arrangements are negotiable.
US dollars by default. We can issue invoices in other currencies on request, converted at the day-of-quote exchange rate.
Rush projects are possible. Estimates for deadlines under seven days include a surcharge that we'll always disclose upfront — never after the fact.
